Hot lunch: Microwavable

Leftovers (from suppers)

Sandwich Veggie Wraps
Rolled Flour tortillas stuffed with meat and cheese
Deli type Sub/Hoagie
Fruit with Yogurt

It is a good thing to eat lighter at lunch time (Whether working or at school) so that you do not feel sluggish and tired (if you had a big lunch). Another good reason to eat a solid breakfast!
