My time just flies by!!!

Breakfast: Something we have not yet talked about is biscuits and gravy, are you a fan? It is a flavorful dish using a milk gravy base and breakfast sausage and warm biscuits. Your favorite juice. Coffee, Tea.

Lunch: Tortilla wrap sandwich with ham and cheese and veggies. Homemade chips, your water and flavored packet. A few cookies of your choice.

Supper/Dinner: Chicken breast baked in the toaster oven with whatever spices/seasonings you prefer. A fresh vegetable dish (broccoli, lima beans, corn). Making cupcakes is so very easy and you can use whatever homemade frosting/icing you like? They freeze (before icing) well. Using a 12 count muffin tin. You can use a box cake batter or prepare your own. I personally always use box it is quicker when feeding a large group. For you it would be just as economical to do the same and freeze them.

Often I recommend using a pre-mix corn bread (such as Jiffy corn bread mix) it is reasonably priced and very easy to make in the cast iron skillet. You can add anything to the batter sweet or savory? Your choice. These do have small cake mixes as well as (Martha White Brand) cake mixes or cupcakes. Easy, reasonably priced. Food for thought on your next shopping trip.
