If you have not yet tried ground turkey you are certainly missing out! It’s lean, very little fats and super easy to cook with. Anything you would make with ground beef you can duplicate with ground turkey at a little less per pound costs and I do believe healthier! From your standard Chili, Burgers, Cheeseburgers, Taco’s, meatloaf. I even make turkey nuggets baked in the oven. They freeze really well too! That’s not to say you would not get hungry for a 1/4 pound or 1/2 pound ground beef burger because you probably will!!! This is another option for you to consider.
I can hardly notice a difference in chili, taco’s, meatloaf. I hope you will give it a try. It just may surprise you. You can opt to make meatballs and spaghetti as well with turkey ground meat. The options are really open to you!
