Some ideas for Breakfast items!

As I mentioned in previous posts the importance of not skipping breakfast! I will make a few suggestions that may help you decide what you might be hungry for.

Overnight Oats are easy and nutritious.
Scrambled eggs (can be microwaved).
Cinnamon sugar toast.
Breakfast Frittata.
Breakfast Burrito.
Bacon and melted cheese on a muffin.
Bagel and cream cheese.
Coffee, Tea, Milk.
Orange juice, apple juice, tomato juice, grapefruit juice.
Fresh sliced fruit cup.
Sausage gravy and biscuit.
Poached egg(s) on English toasted muffin.
