Select a few of your favorite apples, peel and core them, slice into wedges. Using A Frozen Vanilla Yogurt (In the Ice Cream section of your favorite grocery store) add 2 cups into a bowl. Dip apple wedges completely covering them. Place frozen yogurt covered apple wedges on a waxed sheet of paper on a large baking sheet pan or tray. Place in the freezer (preferably over night). Then put them into freezer safe gallon bags or an airtight freezer container. Whenever you want a few, grab them and go!
Easy and fun to make and eat! The children especially love these, I always have them year round.
