Easy Carrot Fries

Did someone say eat your vegetables?! We love all kinds of veggies and this recipe is flavorful, easy and economical side dish. You’ll need 16 ounces of fresh carrots, peeled, rinsed and cut into (french fries/thin sticks) or if you prefer cut on the bias in larger 2′ length pieces. Seasoned them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, fresh chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of pure honey, onion salt, black pepper (to taste), layer in a single non stick baking sheet pan and oven temp set to 400 F. Bake for 15 minutes then flip carrot fries and bake additional 10-15 minutes longer. They should be crisp outside, tender inside.

Pairs well with grilled meat, chicken, pork.
