One Pan Lemon Parmesan Spaghetti

This is a quick and super easy, flavorful light dish. Great for a supper or lunch option.

8 ounce weight spaghetti (or your favorite pasta) add salt to boiling water in a large saucepan and cook pasta as per box instructions, in a small bowl juice 2 fresh lemons and zest of one lemon. Add parsley, oregano and stir with a spatula to combine. You will need 1 cup grated parmesan cheese. Drain pasta/spaghetti add back into saucepan, add lemon mixture using tongs toss well, give it another good toss, garnish with grated parmesan. Add salt and black pepper, to taste.

Grab a plate, serve and enjoy! I love this with crusty bread!
