Lemon-Blueberry Blast Shake!
Delicious flavors in this shake. 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen), 1 cup Frozen Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup 1% Milk, 1/2 whole lemon for zest and juice add blueberries into a blender pulse several times, add remaining ingredients and run blender 1 minute to incorporate.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
