In a large skillet add cut chorizo slices with 2 tablespoons of butter, cook several minutes, add green onions, and saute several minutes.
Serve over brown or white rice. I use minute rice-cooking time is so quick and in less than 20 minutes supper is ready. Serve with a side green salad and some crusty bread.
Super delicious and very economical.
If you do not like chorizo you can substitute with sausage link, smoked or regular, or even kielbasa. Cut into bite sized slices.
