Cranberry-Orange Biscuits!

These are so easy to prepare and economical. You can use them for your Thanksgiving table as a option or in addition to dinner rolls. Purchase 1-2 cans (I use Pillsbury brand any will work) 8 Homestyle buttermilk biscuits.

In a bowl add one cup whole cranberries (I use Ocean Spray any will work-do not confuse can with cranberry jellied sauce), one orange zest and juice, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter and stir to combine. Place the 8 biscuits in a circular baking pan-pre greased/cooking spray (It is okay if they touch each other) add the cranberry/orange mixture on top, spread it out with an offset spatula then place in a 400 F hot oven in the middle rack for 10-12 minutes. Delicious, easy! I usually made 2 pans of these together with yeast dinner rolls for the Thanksgiving feast.
