Do you like sweet and savory? We do, we do… You’ll need one pound thick sliced Hickory Smoked Bacon. I make the bacon in the oven @ 400 F 12-15 minutes (we like it on the crispy side). Drain excess grease on paper towels. While the bacon cooks, melt either semi sweet chocolate or milk chocolate chips ( 8 ounces) in the microwave using 30 second intervals, stir well until melted. Set aside.
Yep! You guessed it we are going to dip half the bacon slice in the chocolate! Place each dipped slice on a parchment paper lined platter to set up, then serve.
