Roasting Vegetables is delicious, economical and great for you. Choose your favorites, drizzle olive oil and salt and black pepper and roast 20-25 minutes in 400 F hot oven on a rimmed baking sheet pan-Delicious.
Do you love green beans fresh? Snip the ends and rinsed one pound well, allow them to drain on paper towels. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of milk and black pepper coat green beans in egg wash. Use either seasoned bread crumbs or Panko on a separate plate and one by one coat each elongated green bean. Place on a non stick baking sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt, in a single layer. Pre heat oven to 400 F and bake these for 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
You can make a homemade dipping sauce with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or ranch dressing, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, hot sauce (if you like that tang), 1 teaspoon relish or mustard , stir and dip! Easy, right?!
