This smoothie is light and refreshing and will give you some veggies!!! 1 stalk celery hearts, rinsed, cut into pieces, 1 cup Baby Spinach rinsed or you can use kale, 1/2 cup 1% milk, add celery pieces into your blender pulse several times, add baby spinach (or Kale) run one minute on high, add milk and combine well in the blender. Add slice of lime for garnish.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
