This is an easy, delicious, economical side dish. One pound fresh green beans (snip ends), blanch in hot salted water for 4 minutes, remove and add into ice bath. Remove (once cooled) into a mixing bowl, add 1/2 fresh lemon (juice only), 1 tablespoon Pure Olive oil, one tablespoon sesame seeds, stir and microwave one minute, serve and enjoy!
