Oh my such an easy, economical, delicious pie! Using a pre-package Graham Cracker Crust (9″ pie shell), in a stand mixer bowl with paddle attachment add 8 ounces cool whipped topping, 1/4 cup sweetened cocoa powder, run mixer on low to combine, add 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar and run mixer on high until combined and fluffy. Transfer to pie shell, round out the top of pie with a spatula and refrigerate one hour.
Remove from refrigerator, dust lightly with cocoa powder and optional cinnamon, using a canned whipped cream ( I use Reddi-Whip) garnish the perimeter of pie. Cut and serve. Scrumptious!
