A great flavorful, economical snack any evening! One cup popcorn kernels, 2 tablespoons of canola oil, 1/4 cup Maple Syrup, 1/2 cup Salted Cashews Halves. In a large pot add oil on medium high heat add popping corn cover with a lid, popping will begin as it slows down remove from heat.
In a small saucepan add maple syrup and salted cashews, gently stir to combine, Pour over popped corn and gently stir to coat.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
