Great Mid day snack! Lemon Yogurt with Fresh Strawberries and Almonds. Yum! A favorite of mine. 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt, one half fresh lemon juice only, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 cup fresh strawberries sliced, 3 tablespoons Almonds. (I opted to add one teaspoon of Poppy Seeds, that’s optional).
Add Yogurt to a bowl, add lemon juice and sugar and stir well, add strawberries and almonds and devour!
