Stuffed Cheddar and Bacon Eggs

Great Appetizer or snack-economical too! Boil one dozen eggs for 10 minutes on high. Remove from heat add into cold water allow eggs to cool down. Peel them and set on a platter. Cut lengthwise, remove cooked yolks into a mixing bowl. Add 4 sliced cooked bacon cut into small bits, add 1-1/4 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, stir well. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, be sure to stir well. Using a spoon fill the cavity of each half egg full of mixture and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Yum! I like to refrigerate 0ne hour or so before serving.
