Easy and yummy and the best part economical to make. One pound ground turkey, one can pineapple chunks in natural juices, one teaspoon white pepper, one clove garlic minced or grated, 1/2 teaspoon corn starch. Serving toothpicks. Garnish with some greens.
Drain pineapple juice from can into a small saucepan, add cornstarch on low heat and simmer, stir until thickened. In a mixing bowl add ground turkey meat, garlic, pepper and mix well using clean hands, round out your meatballs and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan. Place into a 350 F oven for 20 minutes. Add meatballs into sauce and stir gently.
Transfer to a serving bowl add a few toothpicks and devour!
