Waffle Taco Sundaes

These are so delicious and economical to make. Using store bought waffles lightly toast them ( you want to keep them pliable), add chocolate frozen yogurt or ice cream, hot fudge or any chocolate syrup, cherries and enjoy this easy, fun dessert!

We love them!

Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispy Treats

I made a huge batch of these fun, delicious treats! Using one box of Rice Krispy Cereal (11.5 ounces), 1-1/4 cup clear corn syrup, 1-1/4 tablespoons of (McCormick’s) Pumpkin Spice Mix, one tablespoon Honey, pinch of nutmeg.

Grease a 9″ x 12″ baking (clear-Pyrex) dish and set aside. In a large bowl add 1/2 of the rice Krispy Cereal, remaining ingredients (yes it’ll be sticky) use a sturdy spatula, mix, stir, fold, add remaining cereal mix to well combine, transfer to the prepared dish, smooth it out with an offset spatula, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cut into squares and serve.

Yum-its a favorite-easy treat!

Peach Smoothie

I used fresh Georgia Peaches (you can use frozen peaches), 4 peaches slice 1/2 for garnishing, peel and cut into pieces and place in your blender, pulse several times, add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, 1 cup Milk, handful of ice cubes, run blender to well combine.

Pour and enjoy!
