The flavors are so simple and refreshing. Using fresh Anjou (or Bartlett) Pears (2) slice bottom of one for garnish, peel and cut each pear and place into your blender, pulse several times, add a handful of ice cubes, 1/4 cup Milk, 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and run blender to well combine.
Enjoy!

That sounds so refreshing! I’ve got pears and just ran out of bananas, so this will be a good one for me to try.

I love pears, Cuz. Right now I’m more interested in hot smoothies than iced ones. This sure looks good though.

I start with hot chocolate and add ingredients to make it thick, Cuz. It’s probably more fitting to call it flavored hot chocolate, or thickened H.C., but it sure does taste good while warming from the inside out. xoxoxo
