Delicious appetizer to soak up all the wonderful pasta sauce!!! One loaf French or Italian bread cut into thick slices, 3 Roasted Red Peppers (from a jar), 1-1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Diced up roasted red peppers and add into a bowl with the cheese, mix well, coat each slice liberally, (optional add fresh basil chopped andĀ parmesan cheese), place on a non stick baking sheet pan (s), pop into a 425 F oven for several minutes to melt the cheese and toast the bread.
Yum-plate and serve.
